Renovated house in Rotterdam

The house was in a sad state when the couple decided to buy two storeys of it. It had been used as office space and needed complete renovation. Initially, the intention was to make it completely new and modern and use only new materials. Ultimately, some of the original materials were reused, for example -- all the original doors were recyled. The eye catcher is a two story library space.
